I'm Jessica Apte, a passionate high school teacher who's gathered years of trial-and-error ideas I'd love to pass on to others. I have eight years of teaching experience in Florida. Over the years I taught Intensive Reading to grades 9-12. Additionally, I taught ELA to 9th & 10th graders - from the bottom quartile of each class, to honors and college-level courses. In more recent years, I've developed a passion for the Cambridge AICE Program. Specifically, I have taught AICE English General Paper. In my spare time <insert sarcastic voice> I coach my school’s speech & debate team, and serve as a teacher mentor and trainer.
